Get 24/7 Medical Care with Primestin Care
Primestin Care provides members with 24/7 access to licensed healthcare providers through their Primestin Care app. Through Zion HealthShare, Primestin Care is included in the Direct Membership and can be added to any Essential Membership.
Registration for Primestin Care begins with an email to the household membership's primary member. Benefits of using Primestin Care include:
- Convenience: Skip the waiting room and get care from the comfort of your home or wherever you need it.
- Non-Emergency Conditions: Primestin care is ideal for common conditions, virtual urgent care visits, and prescription refills.
- Mental Health Resources: Primestin Care offers free resources through TalkspaceGo for members aged 13 and older.
- Mental Health Therapy: Primestin has partnered with Talkspace to grant you 3 months of access to a licensed therapist, with two virtual visits per month and regular text, audio and video messaging to your therapist for an additional $50 each month. If you wish to continue seeing your therapist after three months, you can do this at a rate of $200 per month. For access to these discounted rates, call your care coordinators through the Primestin Care app to get started.
For children under 13, Primestin's case management team assists families in locating age-appropriate therapy providers within their network. Services are offered at the same discounted rates as outlined above; however, texting and email communication outside of regular sessions may be limited.
Primestin Care Membership Options
Primestin Care is automatically included in the Zion HealthShare Direct Membership. Essential Members can add Primestin Care for a small monthly fee:
- Member Only: $5 per month
- Member & Spouse: $10 per month
- Member & Children: $10 per month
- Member & Family: $15 per month

How to Access Primestin Care (For First-Time Users)
Registration:
- The primary member of your household will receive a welcome email from Primestin Care.
- The welcome email will include instructions for downloading the Primestin Care app and how to access your free mental health resources via the TalkspaceGo app.
- Follow the email's instructions to set up your account, add additional household members, and start accessing care.
Mental Health Service via TalkspaceGo:
- Download the TalkspaceGo app to access your mental health resources like live workshops led by licensed therapists and self-guided therapy tools.
- Select "Create Account" on the app's home screen and select your username, password, and other user preferences.
- The app will prompt you through a series of questions and ask for a keyword.
- Enter keyword: PRIMESTIN to connect your TalkspaceGo account to your membership.
- Finish the questions as prompted and enjoy your services!
Already a Registered Primestin Care User?
If you've previously registered for Primestin Care, simply log into your account using the app.
Adding Household Members (After Primary Member Registration)
- Once the primary member is registered, additional household members can be added through the Primestin Care app.
- Spouses must be added first, and they will receive their own "New User" email to set up their accounts if desired.
