Get 24/7 Medical Care with Teladoc 

Teladoc provides members with 24/7 access to board-certified doctors to get dedicated, personalized support by phone or video chat. Through Zion HealthShare, regular Teladoc visits are free!  

Registration for Teladoc begins 10 days after becoming a new member of Zion HealthShare or after adding the Teladoc service to your membership.  Benefits of using Teladoc include: 

  • Convenience: Skip the waiting room and get care from the comfort of your home. 
  • Non-Emergency Conditions: Teladoc is ideal for common conditions like colds, flu, allergies, sinus infections, and more. 
  • Access to Prescriptions: After your visit, prescriptions can be electronically submitted to a pharmacy of your choice. Some prescriptions may not be available through Teladoc.  

 

Teladoc Membership Options

Teladoc is automatically included in the Zion HealthShare Direct Membership. For Essential Members, Teladoc is available for a small monthly fee.

How to Access Teladoc (For First-Time Users)

Registration: 

  • The primary member of your household must register first. 
  • Visit the Teladoc Registration Page
  • Enter your information exactly as provided to Zion HealthShare for a seamless account linking. 
  • At the bottom, indicate you have a code and use: ZH0319 

 

Already a Registered Teladoc User? 

If you've previously registered for Teladoc, simply log in to your account Here

 

Adding Household Members (After Primary Member Registration): 

  • Once the primary member is registered, other household members (spouse and dependents) can be added as dependents through the primary member's account. 
  • Spouses must be added first, and they will receive a separate "New User" email to create their own account if desired.

Members who call the Zion HealthShare office asking about eligibility of medical expenses will be given an opinion, not a decision. Sharing Requests and medical expenses cannot be authorized over phone. For more information on submitting bills to Zion HealthShare, review the Member Guidelines or login to your Member Portal.

These guidelines are effective as of May 1, 2024.

 

 

Note

The Member Guidelines that go into effect May 1, 2024 will only be applicable to sharing requests that are submitted on or after that date. If a sharing request was submitted prior to May 1, 2024 the sharing request will be reviewed for sharing eligibility according to the Member Guidelines in effect at that time.
