Individual & Family Memberships: Member Portal

Signing up is just the beginning! Most primary members have access to their portal right away.  If yours isn't set up yet don't worry, we'll send you a quick link to get started.

Once you’re in your portal, you’ll see an option to invite the other adults on your membership. A couple of things to keep in mind:

  • Each adult (18 or older) needs their own unique email address to join the portal.
  • Sharing requests can only be opened by an adult from their own portal account.
  • If ever you change your email you will need to let us know so that we can reset, your login credentials.

If you don’t have unique emails for everyone in your household, just give Member Support a call at (888) 920-9466 and we’ll help you out.

After your portal is ready, you can choose to give other household members permission to access your information or even open sharing requests on your behalf.

Having trouble getting into your portal? Try these quick tips:

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
  • Open the portal in a different browser.
  • Double-check that you’re using the same email you signed up with.
  • Request a link to reset your password.
