How to Utilize LifeWorks

LifeWorks 

LifeWorks (Telus Health) is an additional service that can be added to all Zion HealthShare memberships. It's designed to support your mental wellness by providing access to counseling services, without the need to meet your Initial Unshareable Amount (IUA). 

 

What LifeWorks Offers

  • 24/7 Access: Get support whenever you need it, via phone, web, or mobile app. 
  • Digital and In-person Services: Choose from a variety of resources, including online tools and one-on-one counseling for acute needs. 
  • Empowerment for a Healthier Life: LifeWorks aims to equip you with the tools you need to live your healthiest life.

LifeWorks can be a great option for anyone seeking additional support during challenging times, such as:

Adding LifeWorks to Your Membership 

LifeWorks is not automatically included in your Zion HealthShare membership, but you can easily add it for a small monthly fee. It's available for both Essential and Direct Memberships. To add LifeWorks to your membership, please call Member Support at (888) 920-9466. 

 

 

Accessing LifeWorks 

Once you've added LifeWorks to your membership, you'll receive detailed registration instructions via email. 

  • Website: https://login.lifeworks.com/ 
  • Username: Zionhealth 
  • Password: lifeworks (Please note you'll create your own login after initial login)

Members who call the Zion HealthShare office asking about eligibility of medical expenses will be given an opinion, not a decision. Sharing Requests and medical expenses cannot be authorized over phone. For more information on submitting bills to Zion HealthShare, review the Member Guidelines or login to your Member Portal.

These guidelines are effective as of January 1, 2025.

 

 

Note

The Member Guidelines that go into effect January 1, 2025 will only be applicable to sharing requests that are submitted on or after that date. If a sharing request was submitted prior to January 1, 2025 the sharing request will be reviewed for sharing eligibility according to the Member Guidelines in effect at that time.
